Sign In to Calyx Path
Go to: privatemortgagegroup.calyxpath.com
- β’ Username: First Initial + Last Name (e.g., JDoe)
- β’ Temp Password: Pmg123!#
- β On first login, set a new password and recovery questions.

Import the Loan File
- β’ Import either an FNM 3.2 or ULAD 3.4 file
- β’ Select the correct file type so it loads properly

Production β Borrower
- β’ If married, both spouses must be entered β even if spouse is not on the loan
- β’ Complete all fields: SSN/ITIN (use 111-11-1111 if no SSN), DOB, Phone, Email, Citizenship, Address, Housing Expenses, Income, Assets, Liabilities, Property Owned, Declarations & Demographics

Production β Property
- β’ Enter Subject Property information
- β’ Enter Contract details: Escrow Close Date, Contract Date, Seller (click dark blue + to add)

Production β Quote Screen β Pull Credit
- β’ Click Reissue The Credit Report
- β’ Check borrower box (upper left)
- β’ Select credit vendor, Credit Type, and Request Type (new order or reissue)
- β’ Select all 3 bureaus: Equifax, Experian, TransUnion
- β’ Click Order β verify info β click Submit
- β’ When report populates, click Import All

Pick Program & Run Pricing
- β’ Fill in all RED fields: Lock Period (30 days), Base Loan Amount, Loan Type (Conventional), Loan Purpose, Total Loan Amount, Desired Note Rate, Appraised Value
- β’ Property Occupancy, Documentation Program Type (P&L = GenericDocType11)
- β’ Amortization Type, Credit Score
- β’ Citizenship: MUST select NPRA (ITIN)
- β’ State, Zip, Property Type
- β’ Click Search β eligible products at top, ineligible at bottom
- β’ Select Product, then select Price

Production β Send/Status
- β’ Our team will call to confirm LO compensation
- β’ Our team reviews entries and sends disclosures
- β’ Processor will request all documents on hand
- Required at submission: Income docs, Photo ID, ITIN or SSN, Credit Report, Purchase Agreement, Title contact info, borrower/co-borrower email + phone
